IMPORTANT: Lost keys are the main reason for service calls. Note your 500 or 600 key code stamped on the keys. Store at least one key in a central place. If you have site security, they will have a key locker, and you can call them 24/7.

Maintenance

The only routine maintenance needed is to change the battery roughly every five years or if the alarm has been triggered and run for more than 15 minutes, or for an unknown period of time.
